George- Sorry to hear of your situation- but- good luck with the rehab. I 
play tennis with a group of "golden boys". One of them is manic-depressive, 
and when we play in his depressive state- he is in the condition you 
describe. When in the manic state- he is a hell of a tennis player. Hope the 
rehab is shorter than the 2 years. Best, Stasys
