Subject: [Leica] Recommended accommodations in Victoria?

I don't know much about accommodations, but for ferries, see:

cohoferry.com for the Black Ball Ferry line from Port Angeles to Victoria 
and 
bcferries.com for the ferry from Victoria to Vancouver (Swartz Bay to 
Tsawassen route)

To be safe, make reservations (online). Reservations cost about $17.50 for 
the ferry from Victoria to Vancouver. If you go midweek, not much need for 
reservations unless there's an event or there's been a storm and nobody 
could get off the Island for a couple of hours. Weekends (Fri-Sun) get 
reservations, otherwise you could easily wait a couple of extra hours at the 
terminal.
