The Leica Users area of their web site stated those new M9 purchasers
wanting the free LR should download the demo version until Leica got things
worked out for licensing LR4.

I have 2 days left on my demo! Just in time, Leica; thank you!
So my LR upgrade cost only around $6.5k...
