Hi  Nathan ,
Best advice! I use an M8, never think about what model Leica it is! It's the 
one in my hands and I take pictures without any thought. All that counts 
is.... "The quality of the content and did I shoot it correctly?"

Not whether one model is better than another. It's pure "KISS!"
