Amen.  I totally agree and would never submit to such juvenile
restrictions.  I would certainly bring my own and circumvent their petty
rules.  The hotels and cruise ships charge enough to cover incidental
expenses like Wifi and liquor.  I will not stay at a hotel that charges for
Wifi.
