Thanks Bob?I wear a respirator when mixing chemicals. I mix everything 
myself 
from scratch, makes me feel like the mad scientist!

The shelf life of Pyrocat HD mixed in water is reputed to be 1 year or so, 
but I 
have never tested it. It can also be mixed in Glycol which should give it an 
indefinite shelf life, like HC-110.
