Tina, i experimented with infrared with the m8 a few times, you can see 
some of the results here http://photoneal.com/photos/blackwhite/index.html
I found that iso320 and 640 work best, also in processing bump up the 
contrast. Watch fabrics, synthetics tend to reflect infrared. In the 
portrait of my son on this page he is wearing a brightly colored 
Hawaiian shirt, it appears white in this shot.
