That's what happened during the Black Death of 1347. Half of Europe's people
died but their property and wealth remained. It was nature's neutron bomb.
In time the surplus wealth and diminished labor supply triggered the changes
that led to the Industrial Revolution. No surplus S2s though. Perhaps we
will have better luck this time.

I'm sure I won't be "raptured."
