Good weather AND Friday Flowers - looks like a great 
place to be at this time of year

 From looking at the stem where the dead leaves have 
broken off, it looks like some kind of Dracaena - I've 
seen something very similar to it and called a Dracaena 
"Red Sister" in the big show-greenhouses here in Hannover.
