I've stayed here:

http://maps.google.com/maps/place?oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-
US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=lima+hotel
+paris&fb=1&gl=us&hq=lima+hotel&hnear=Paris,
+France&cid=15053689443828292882

when it was the Hotel Lima. I don't know when they changed the
name, but it was perfect--small, clean rooms, good breakfast, and
right in the middle of everything -- a couple of blocks from the
Notre Dame, right on Blvd St Germaine de Pres. And reasonable.
