Subject: [Leica] "R" lenses on digital bodies

Question:

Is there a body mount swap adapter that would allow the Nikon camera to 
directly mount a Leica R lens?   This would allow ths use of R lenses on a 
Nikon body without changing every lens.

I think that Leitax offers a Sigma adapter ....
