I use my Leica R lenses on my Canon 5D and 1DMII with an adapter. The
focusing screen is the split prism with a ground glass circle - not sure
what it's called? Only modifications are focusing wide open and stopping
down. I have the 19, 60 Macro, 100 Macro, 450, and 560. I use Leica R
lenses for macro and telephoto.
