Next, register all lens with focal longer than 75mm, or shorter than 28mm. There is no legitimate purpose for anything longer or shorter. Neither does any photo/video recording devices lighter than 8 oz, or heavier than 2lb. Anything which fit in a pocket needs to be registered too.
