It is getting harder for me to focus my WA lenses on the R8, and I will be looking for an alternative, and the Nikon DSLRs are my preferred platform after my DMR. I will be looking at the D700 as I want a full frame body if I am to switch. 4/3 is not an option for me, and the S2 is way too expensive. Does the Nikon DSLR provide a focus confirmation light when using R lenses with the Leitax mounts? Thanks, Gene Hi Gene, Yes you do get focus confirmation at f5.6 and wider on D200, D300, and D700 bodies (that I have used and so know for sure) but the arrow(s) to correct focus point in the opposite direction to what you need to turn the focus barrel in order to achieve focus. This takes a bit of getting used to. Cheers Howard _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group. See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
