Ted seems to have great skeleton genes.

After a career in newsfilm, (the old days with Auricon camera, power pack,
maybe a light pack) I'm left with arthritis in the right shoulder, neck,
and knees so bad I had to get new ones at the knee store.

Carry what you need, no more. Get a good strap for your bag. Use rolling
bags if you can.

Be good to yourself. This is the only body you will ever get.
