Even the thought sends chills down my spine. I once got salt water in my Rolex GMT Master and didn't have the guts to put it in a plastic bag of fresh water to stop the rusting. By the time I got it to a repair shop a day later it was beyond repair. I doubt dunking is a good idea for a soaked digital camera, BTW. That's only for mechanical stuff.
