Howard - I am aware of Nickel - in fact I'm doing a self published article 
on Nickel as we speak and I wanted to ferret other folks who died in 
buildings.  Richard Nickel is truly amazing - the photographic archiver for 
Louis Sullivan.  Thanks for the lead to the google hint
