Tina, just wait til the M10 with 24 Megapixels, faster Maestro processor,
super quiet rewind mode. That will make the M9 look pedestrian :-)

But you know, of course bigger is better. I can't see a reason to keep an M8
except for back up purpose if one already have an M9,

Of course if one can only afford an M8, that it still is a capable camera.

Honestly, I really do not see the points you, Mark, Steve, and Rei are
making. It's not a question, if one can afford an M9 and like rangefinder
photography, BUY it.
