In these examples the T3 was a third the size of a M6 but the film was still
24x36mm.
That is the bottom line. output could be made from a T3 which were
undistinguishable from an M6.

An X1 is a fifth the size and weight of my D200. But the format is still the
same. And with the format still the same the results can often be
competitive.

A G11 the camera is a third the size but the format is a tenth the size.
This is not enviable engineering.

So we don't go "gee wiz I couldn't afford a digital m so I got a G11."
Its like saying "Gee wiz I couldn't afford a BMW so I got roller skates."
