Those photos are certainly enough to make you a vegetarian, if you're not
already!  We are about 90% vegetarian and only eat humanely grown and
processed meat.  If you've read Omnivore's Dilemma, I don't think you could
do otherwise.
I worked my way through college working in a meat processing plant, packing
hot dogs.  I haven't eaten hot dogs since then.
