Subject: [Leica] Ansel Adams Photos Discovered

To expose these  6.5 x 8.5 inch glass plates earlier in his career Ansel and
his wife Virginia Best did put pull their car over to the side of the road
to get the shots. But climbed right up the face of mountains using their own
climbing techniques the modern ones had not been invented yet... with these
plates on their backs. And heavy wood tripods and 8x10 cameras.

The big new thing now for first year photography students is to put the work
of AA under question. This helps dissipate that kind of stuff. But mainly
its the work itself of course not how it got there.
