Yes.  My favorite way to handle color fringing (which I used all the time
when I was using Canon lenses!!)  Is to apply a heavy (20+) Guassian Blur
filter, then go to Edit > Fade > Fade Guassian Blur and choose Color from
the drop down menu.  Your photo will appear very washed out with color
fringing gone.   Next, in the History panel, put the history brush on the
last step and select the step before the Guassian Blur was added.  Use the
history brush to only brush in the edges of the color fringing.  It's much
easier to do than to explain.
