My experience on the bay, especially with photo gear,
has been extremely positive (dealing only with people who have a  
significant history and 99+ feedback).
My experience with buying from LUGgers has been mostly positive, with  
two exceptions.
I've never bought or sold anything through Cragslist - but know  
others who have had positive experiences.
