[Leica] Camera as video, MII

I used a 5DII to shoot some reference video clips recently for work-related 
project, the quality is very good (but at 40 Mbps for H.264, it better be 
really, really good :). My friend who does a lot of camera work for 
broadcasters at major sport events says the video quality is as good as 
broadcast video cameras.

The tradeoffs are a) wrong ergonomics for a video camera - this is why there 
all these addons to make the 5DII actually usable for serious video work b) 
controls are not optimal for video c) very hard to focus with the LCD on 
fast moving subjects.
