Excellent storytelling.

Photographically, I am most affected by the photo on page 43. Adrena  
in near silhouette lugging her PD fluid up the steps - has an  
"everyman" ("everywoman"?) quality to it. A fellow human soul just  
doing what's necessary to get by in life.
