Subject: [Leica] OT: Custom tripod collar?

That stock appears to have the same adjustable length that mine does.
However it does not seem to have the angle adjustment.

I've found, at the shortest length,
and the right angle adjustment,
mounting on the camera works quite well.
(obviously a subjective ergonomic choice)
