Thank you.  I think there is food everywhere because there are people
everywhere.  And as I understand it, it is often cheaper and more
convenient for them to eat at street vendors or in malls (which are
also everywhere) because their living quarters are generally so small
as to make intensive cooking and meal taking at home impractical &/or
inconvenient.

I've been on a search for an oyster pancake in the Asian District here
in Oklahoma City and I think I'm getting close, but more investigation
will be required.  Maybe we should print the photo and take it with
us.
