Mark,

Enjoy your birthday treat. Three Choirs is only down the road from 
Cheltenham. If you like fizz, then try the Nyetimber vintage English 
'champagne'; it's not cheap, but consistently beats grand marque champagnes 
in blind tastings. It's one of my favourite bottles of fizz and even the 
Queen serves it at Buckingham Palace!
