It my understanding that behind every CCD and CMOS sensor is a ton of
electronics just as important as the sensor. A sensor has to be balanced
when you put it in a camera which just the right electronic backup stuff.
So no I know they we know what we're looking at when we compare images.
There are to many variables. Its more than just the sensor anymore
