California is funny that way. We have a State Park only 1 1/2 hours away
(Big Basin Redwood) but it goes through some twisty roads. Come to think of
it - that's the thing that turns me off to daytripping to Yosemite - you
have to drive through whatever mountainous twisty road there is, up and then
down, before you even get to Groveland. I don't know how Bob does it. He's a
superman.
