Subject: [Leica] IMG: More Yosemite

Looks like you made the best of hard conditions: the snag image is the
"quite light" that one of Yosemite's favorite sons once described. It was
not till my session with Baunbaum that I understood why sunlit landscapes
were so lousy. The image is broken up not only by the "confusion" of
nature but also by the harsh shadows/beams of sunlight, which destroy the
tonal continuity.

Both shots are lovely: this is where you could have taken that 'blad ;-)
