You can get them pretty cheap too. I just bought a Visoflew III with  
the prism and adapter (I forgot if it's the OTZFOO or something) for  
about 190 Euros in a shop in Germany, I find the Visoflex to be a lot  
of fun and is sort of modern-retro... it's great to focus that 135mm  
correctly again!
