Welcome to the group Konstantin. Having been lurking a while, you no doubt 
have a feel for the kinds of threads and heated passions that are typical of 
this group. You will find the collective knowledge of this group very 
helpful.

As for your Elmarit 28, if you are willing to send it to the USA, John Van 
Stelten at FocalPointLens.com can probably get it into find user condition 
depending on what its current condition may be. He has rejuvinated about 10 
lenses for me, including a few really ugly ones that date back 60 years or 
so.
