Most of these creatures are so fat from having their noses buried deeply in 
the trough for many years that I recommend boiling them oil (slowly) at 
about 275 degrees for at least a couple of hours. Seasoning can be added 
later as required:>)
 
Best to start with whichever version is more populous in your area.
