Is it the Eskimo's fault he can't conceive of the thing? Well, if you take him to Cancun and he still can't see it, then maybe yes. Still, he's a member of an endangered indigenous tribe so we make allowances. He pays a special tax rate and all and they let him kill salmon at will, all seasons. Same goes with us.
