Most certainly inspired by the book and film 'Love Story'.
"She loved Bach, Beethoven, the Beatles and me"

The movie was a super hit here when the guy was in his teens, and  
marked my generation; that might be a reason.
I can't trace him anywhere, maybe an artist working under another name?
