Richard, yes but Bob's actual core issue was that there is an uneven problem
with his proprietary Raw files being recognised.
No lesser expert than Thomas Knoll explained why in the Adobe forums if you
are interested.
Hint- the problem doesn't lie at Adobe's end ;-)
