For purely professional reasons, I had to go out and eat tapas with some 
colleagues this afternoon. Such a hard life...!

These are croquetas at the La Rotonda bar (and yes, the light is natural, it 
was 21C and we ate outside in the sun):

in vinegar. Inge is in many way typical for my co-workers. She is German,
