That pre ASPH is so compact I may get one someday as my ASPH which came later is much heavier and bulker in comparison. A main point I did not make: This D4ox have with me will not focus an older lens without a motor in it. And with no ground glass using a non wide angle you get too many missed focused shots if you cant stop down. And my 45mm 2.8 P is hard to grab in the sub temps with my glubs on. Mark William Rabiner
