But this ability to directly send from your camera has been used by wire 
services for a few years. I suppose the microSD cards have evolved from that 
use.

A photo editor can have 6 photographers covering a big live event and as 
each camera clicks the image is immediately transmitted to the photo desk 
where the editor sees what each photog is shooting. He can also direct them 
to possibly better positions for the next picture as all he has to do is 
watch 6 or 7 monitors as the images pop on screen. He selects and sends to 
the wire.  Done!

I suppose this system has come to the masses, so it's no big deal. I don't 
imagine the good guys - bad guys would use it for fear of giving away all 
the secret plans for the next country to invade! ;-)
