I agree George...


my point was directed to our effort to fix a broken third world country, 
halfway around the world, 
with "tribal self interest and greed"....

those very words, and worse,  can be used to describe our own government.

If we can't fix it here, we will not fix it there.

but Hugh's images tell the tale without words....
