I have known this person for about 40 years, a very dear friend,  the hand 
and the disease have not changed much in 40 years, he is on treatment...

not to be stopped he is a wonderful guy, and a very successful executive,

I always wanted to photograph his hands, somehow, in a meaningful way,  

I believe this is it...
