Subject: [Leica] Adapters: Leica R lens to Canon EOS (5D Mark II or 1Ds Mark III)

I am looking for the "perfect match" to mate the R lens to the EOS body and 
I figured some of you may have already experienced the good, bad, and ugly 
during during your encounters.
