I agree with Philippe.

One seems to speak of the boat and color.
The other seems to speak of architecture and environment.

The second also seems to suffer a bit from vignetting;
feeling a bit muted in the corners and well into the frame.

The first packs more instant punch.
The second packs more contemplative mood.
