Larry,

Isn't it exactly what the Leica DMR was for the R8 and R9 ? Leading to  
the extinction of the Leica R.

Its price in 2005 was 4.800 Euro

M8 in 2006 was 4.200 Euro.

M9 in 2009 is 5.500 euro.
