Hello Jim,

I'm actually not too sure. It must have been either a Yashica 2.8/55mm 
Macro or a Leica Macro-Elmar-R 4/100.
 From the depth of field, very probably the Yashica (which is an 
absolutely superb lens, one of my favourites!).
