One of the benefits of being a technology follower is that you learn from
others.....

I bought a couple of $1 plastic protectors off Ebay..... They stick to eh
LCD using capillary/electrostatic (?) action... basically no glue.  It will
peel off with some degree of effort ( gotta break the
electrostatic/capillary bonds and that might take the use of a credit card
to start in a corner.)

Is it 95% transmissive?  90%?  Beats me.,.. it seems pretty clear, and that
is all I care about.  

A bit of protection for a buck.  How can you go wrong?
