A couple of years since I've used my M's.
I've been using my 90 elmar on my IIIF in the past few.

I shot this with the 90 APO ASPH

Cant' read the date.
I think I used Delta 100 in Xtol 1:3

I shot 10 rolls in 3 hours my Balcars were quite hot at the end.
1 out of 360 ratio that would make it to get this shot.
