Flange removal is a piece of cake.? Contact me off list if you want to 
follow up on that.? I had John do mine - I like having the shot info 
recorded in the EXIF.

Haven't used the Tri-Elmar much on the M8.2. First, I cannot figure out how 
to get the flange off so John Milich can mill out the coding holes. And, 
also, I've kind of fallen for the Nokton 35mm f/1.2 lens and it is difficult 
to remove it from the M8.2.
