Ric,

Nice pano - how will you print it? :).  I have had several clients with
rotator cuff surgery this year, one 79 years of age.  They seemed to do fine
and stuck to their PT regimen.  I missed getting my MD along the way, and
have only been in the hospital twice in my adult life, but I can offer you
one tip: Don't let any visitors in while you are doped up.  The first time,
(trusted) visitors said I was trying to sell them season baseball tickets.
The last time, in February, the ICU nurses said I kept demanding a wine
list.  Best of luck,
